Replace paper-based scaffold registers with a purpose-built digital platform. Inspection records, handover sign-offs, hazard logs, and a complete audit trail — all in one place.
Most Australian mine sites and industrial plants manage hundreds of active scaffolds on spreadsheets, whiteboards, or disconnected paper forms. That creates real risk.
No visibility on what is overdue. No automated flagging.
Paper forms lost. No record of who accepted what, and when.
Incident investigations rely on records that don't exist or can't be found.
Supervisors chasing status instead of supervising.
Records don't match the physical site when it matters most.
No timestamped record of who did what, and when.
ScaffControl is a scaffold lifecycle management platform for operational teams in mining, industrial, and construction environments. From scaffold request through inspection, handover, and close-out — every event is recorded with a timestamped audit trail.
Every transition is recorded. Every inspection, handover, and hazard is logged against the scaffold.
Live record of every active scaffold — tag number, location, status, responsible supervisor, inspection dates. Updated in real time by your field team.
Log pass, fail, and restricted inspections against any scaffold. Overdue inspections are flagged. Every outcome is tied to a timestamped record.
Record accepted and rejected handovers with a full trail of who presented, who signed off, and when. No more disputed handovers without documentation.
Record hazards directly against the scaffold record. Critical hazards automatically update scaffold status. Every issue is linked to where it was raised.
Attach photos, inspection documents, and permits to any scaffold record. Evidence stays linked to the scaffold and is included in audit pack exports.
Export a complete scaffold audit pack — details, inspections, handovers, hazards, and audit log — as a PDF report or CSV for any scaffold at any time.
Six operational roles from System Admin to Scaffold Team Member. Site-based access so users only see scaffolds they are responsible for.
Manage multiple physical sites under one company account. Set user access per site. Senior roles get all-sites visibility.
ScaffControl is not a generic register tool adapted for scaffolding. It was built specifically for the scaffold lifecycle on mine sites, industrial plants, and large construction projects.
Pricing based on pilot scope
30–60 day controlled pilot for mining, industrial, and construction teams with meaningful scaffold volume.
Typical pilot scope:
Pilot pricing depends on site count, user count, active scaffold volume, support expectations, and onboarding requirements. This is a supervised pilot, not a self-service sign-up. We configure your sites, users, and roles before handing over to your team.
Enquire About a PilotA scaffold incident investigation will ask: when was this scaffold last inspected, and by whom? Was the handover to the client recorded? Was the hazard reported? What was the scaffold status when the work was carried out?
If the answer to any of those questions is “we will have to check the spreadsheet” or “we will look through the paper files” — that is the gap ScaffControl fills.
The value is not only operational efficiency. It is having a defensible, timestamped, complete record when it matters.
We will not pretend this software is something it is not.
ScaffControl is a scaffold register and lifecycle tool. It does not certify compliance with any WHS legislation. Whether your records satisfy your WHS obligations is a question for your WHS advisors.
ScaffControl assists with record-keeping. It is not a substitute for your obligations under Australian WHS law. Seek independent professional advice.
At this stage we offer supervised, scoped pilots. Not a broad self-service rollout.
We operate a professional, production-grade deployment on AWS Australia (Sydney). We do not commit to a defined SLA at this stage.
